[break][break] the snow melts into water around them, an impasse, before jayden sprints forward. he reaches for the staryu's center gem, fingers gripping around the edge. ice cracks into his fingertips — catalyzing like a shattered mirror.

[break][break] the cetoddle stands at a distance, it's shell gleaming the color of black crystal. the minute that it sees jayden, however, it seems to know. this man is not like other men — this man is a monster.

[break][break] ice splits the ground before them, spreading with terrifying speed towards her. she is quick to defend, however, opening her maw in an ICICLE CRASH. tiny glaciers are imbedded in his arms as jayden throws his arm out to defend it, both as his ninetales and glaceon sprint out to defend their trainer.

[break][break] snow pelts the ground as the ninetales strikes with a CONFUSE RAY, and the glaceon darts past to sink it's fangs down in a BITE. it keeps the cetoddle paralyzed for the moment that jayden then strides forward, gathering the snowcrystal that falls through the sky in the power of his palm. ice catalyzes around the pokemon's feet in an instant, just as a pokeball smashes into it's face.
